Shoulder Pain

Overview For Shoulder Pain

The shoulder is one of the most complex joints in the body, made up of your scapula, clavicle and the humerus. It requires the most amount of motion to enable you to use it in the way you need. Unfortunately, it can easily become injured, partly due to it’s high mobility producing shoulder pain. Shoulder pain can, in some cases, massively limit you on a day to day basis.

There are many conditions that affect the shoulder, one of the most common is when the large muscle that covers the side and back of your neck becomes tight. This is called an Upper Trapezius Overactivity.
